INVITATION TO TENDER

MOE/LTK/20/2012-2013(ICT-OGOS-2012)

The Development, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and
Maintenance of the SCeB System or INEISTM for Ministry of Education Brunei Darussalam

 

1.    The Department of Information & Communication Technology, Ministry of Education intends to invite sealed tender from eligible Contractors holding the AITI Accredited Business (AAB) status and classified in ICTAB class 3, class 4 or class 5 classification, to participate in the following project in accordance with the procedures and subject to the terms and conditions of the Tender:

Project Reference: MOE/LTK/20/2012-2013(ICT-OGOS-2012)
 “The Development, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and
Maintenance of the SCeB System or INEISTM for Ministry of Education Brunei Darussalam”

 

2.    Interested eligible Contractors may obtain further information from and obtain the tender document (e-Document) at a non-refundable fee of $5.00 (Brunei Dollars) during office hours and at the following address:

·    07th to 18th August 2012:  8.30am to 2.00pm

·    22nd to 27th August 2012:  8.30am to 11.30am (morning) and 1.30pm to 3.00pm (afternoon)

Tender documents collection can be made on the specified dates and time and not later than Monday, 27th August 2012, 3.00pm.

3.    Interested Contractors who have purchased the tender document are invited to attend the Information Day on the 03rd September 2012 (Monday) at 9.00am. More information on this will be emailed to all interested parties before the day.
 
4.    Any interested Contractors who wish to participate in the tender, must settle a non-refundable tender fee of $2,000.00 (Brunei Dollars) at the above address not later than Saturday, 29th September 2012, 2.00pm.

5.    Tender proposals (Technical & Price) need to be sealed in a separate envelope stating the following project reference and title:
MOE/LTK/20/2012-2013(ICT-OGOS-2012)
“The Development, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and
Maintenance of the SCeB System or INEISTM for Ministry of Education Brunei Darussalam”


AND without stating the Contractor(s) business entity name and other information, and both proposals must be delivered to the address stated below, not later than Tuesday, 09th October 2012 at 2.00pm.

6.    The Department of Information & Communication Technology will not entertain any tender proposals submitted after the time and date specified above.

7.    The Government of His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam represented by Department of Information & Communication Technology, Ministry of Education is not necessarily bound to accept the offer or any lowest offer deemed inappropriate.
